You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Access is provisioned per organization with role-based permissions.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to breach tenant isolation, upload unlawful content, or interfere with the platform’s security or availability.
3. Customer data
You retain ownership of the data and evidence you upload. You grant us the rights necessary to process that data to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. AI-generated content
The Service produces AI-generated narratives, analyses, and reports. This content is advisory, is validated automatically, and must be reviewed by a qualified professional before it is relied upon for audit, security, or compliance decisions.
5. Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service available and secure. Support is provided as described in your subscription plan and via the support page.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our liability is limited as set out in your master agreement with AuditIntelligence.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
